Donnah Digan-Lewis is a caterer, restaurant owner, cooking instructor, and
personal chef. She is currently living her dream by running her own Restaurant &
Catering Company (Digan Lewis).
Donnah has over fifteen years of experience cooking for the people of the North
Country. She started out with local restaurants and catering companies, where she
gathered knowledge and perfected her skill.
Donnah’s cooking styles range from exotic to simple, from Sun Bay Scallops with
Passion Fruit Salsa, to Macaroni & Cheese. But anyone who knows her cooking
knows that even simple dishes get an unexpected kick of flavor, which makes them
even more delicious.
